Is that manic laughing and panting actually in the game? I can't help but laugh? Or do you have access to some bloopers? Maybe I just missed whatever click that triggers those lines; I hope that that's not the case, cause if so, I can see why people are complaining about her so much. Hopefully things like that are rare and hard to find.
It sounded like you spliced some lines too, right?
Creative idea for the contest, I think it was more deadpan then comedic though.

The laughter and the "I can't help but laugh" line occur when you try to interact with the torches in Graham's room.
The panting occurs when you try to interact with the bonsai tree at the docks.
And, yes, lines have been edited and spliced.
The entry was deadpan, which should still fit the contest, since deadpan is a form of comedy. Whether it was amusing is another matter. :)
