ED - September 4th 2009 (Part 2)

Cain (Jeff Hordley) can see that Debbie (Charley Webb) is smitten with Michael (Jamie Belman) and warns her not to get too serious with him. However, Debbie doesnt want to listen and asks Chas (Lucy Pargeter) to babysit for Sarah as shes invited him over for dinner. That evening, theyre enjoying a romantic night in until Debbie tries to kiss him and he pulls away. She demands to know what his problem is and shes stunned when he reveals hes seeing another woman. He tries to appease her and explains he just wants to be honest with her and do the right thing, but Debbie is furious and orders him to get out. Is it over between Debbie and Michael?

Mark (Maxwell Caulfield) is shocked when Nathan (Lyndon Ogbourne) admits hes paid Cain to get rid of a car he stole and is exasperated when he still refuses to be civil towards him. Meanwhile, Cain (Jeff Hordley) arrives at Ryans (James Sutton) and gives him the £5000 telling him its his cut of the deal. Ryan hesitantly accepts the money but when Faye (Kim Thompson) walks in and sees Cain handing him an envelope shes suspicious about whats going on between them. Faye (Kim Thompson) is concerned that Ryan (James Sutton) is on edge and doesnt seem himself and starts searches through his things until she finds the wad of money. Furious, she confronts Cain, gives him back the cash, and tells him she doesnt want Ryan getting involved in criminal activity. Shes firm as she states that from now on Ryan is not working at the garage and orders Cain to stay away from him. How will Ryan feel when he discovers Faye has put an end to his job at the garage?
