I shall take up Ananda Marga because I feel it is right to my benefit and the growth of my soul. :)

@DavesterVideos: I currently train in Russian Systema - A russian martial concept art and we aim for the same goals of this meditative art. I am also planning to tka eit up as I believe my psyche and spiritual self need more attuning to my physical self to bring me to a full circle of understanding.

@DavesterVideos : Try not to manifest yourself as someone in need of help but as someone who needs to understand why he needs help... Stress is merely tension. Eliminate tension from your life by simply understanding that to breathe is the key of controlling the tension in our being...Mind, Body and Soul.

I was forced to meditate before I could eat, why did they do that to me? I was always so hungry. You need to eat first to avoid hunger...

It is well known that it is easier to meditate on an empty stomach. However, it is true that if you are very very hungry then you would not be able to enjoy meditation. (Sometimes I take a small fruit or something if I am hungry at the time when I should be starting meditation. The small snack does not disturb meditation or my appetite for the real meal that comes after I finish meditation).
