A drive north on Lake Shore Drive, Part 1

I've long been a fan of driving the scenic byways in the western mountains.

I'm equally enamored of the stunning vistas afforded by America's great skylines. Driving Lake Shore Drive in Chicago I think of Jay Gatsby crossing the Queensboro Bridge into Manhattan and musing that "the city is always the city seen for the first time, in its first wild promise of all the mystery and the beauty in the world."

Join Joe Zekas and Joe Askins on a drive north on Lake Shore Drive, starting at 3900 South. In this part of our drive we end at the river in Streeterville.
