Staff Captains & the Media of Tomorrow!!!

This film was created for the 2004 Grimsby College Media Oscars. It is a parody of Sky Captain. If you didn't go to GY college during this time, you'll probably not find this funny, as it's in jokes and all that!

This film was made in a back breaking 6 days, including all the animation... It nearly killed me, and naturally it's the less popular of the known GY staff films... Typical :o)

nice ive got 3d max 7, im strating media at lincoln college in september. Do they teach you how to do that sorta stuff?

Not sure, I know they do at Lincoln Uni, but not sure about the college. Thing is though you can teach yourself 3D (I did) there are plenty of tutorials online to get you started, best thing to do is just have a play and eventually you'll find yourself getting the hang of it :o)

3DS Max 7, though there is nothing you couldn't do with Maya, or at a push Bryce which is a much easier program to master if you have never done 3D before :o)
