i believe on UFO"S but these are planets, and for the fading in and out, that is the high altitude clouds passing by giviing the illusion of fading in and out. Stars for sure, sorry no space ships here, sucks though i was hoping it was.

Check out my videos, I think you will find they look alot like yours....Been seeing this thing night after night. I am just outside WPAFB, and have been filming them for some time. Good stuff!

I am in Dayton, Ohio and i have seen this same light for a while now every now and again. Dating back to the summer time
