Cool I'm was thinking of installing one but someone said that my MPG would go way down. And I wouldnt pass my next emmision test.

the only way you wouldnt pass emissions is if took off the cats and had no o2 sensors just straighty pipe. i still have all my cats and o2 sensors.

nice, how much did this affect the MPG and the smog requirements?

MPG stayed the same and since i passed my emmisions i take it that the smog level is low
