This is a compilation of photos taken on one of my walks into the sand dunes along Lake Michigan. The dunes are ever changing. As they shift, tree stumps that have been buried for 100+ years become exposed and the dark dirt surface from that time period appears also. Also in this video are photos of a fulgurite (lightning strike that turns sand to glass tubes) that was at least 4 ft long, and kept going. That was about as far as I could reach.
