    Thank you? =)

  • What kind of fiberskyn is on the snare drum?

  • @erikimba

yeah, i have a paper showing how many notes are on each part of the time signature. i don't know if i still have the paper, but i do remember some parts of the giant thing. once i get my new computer (my recording system isn't compatible with any in the house) i will be posting lots of vids. indian music is crazy. with most forms of music there is a simple alphabet of A to G#. with indian music it's freaking A to W1/2 to the third power divided by 2#. ridiculous.

  • @Fluffypopcicle you can´t miss planet X also, or indian music (konnakol). man you should remember that groove and upload it. i really want to hear that long story.

  • @Fluffypopcicle any video? that would be great. btw i wasn´t saying you are stupid, actually any time signature its possible like eg 7/5; i just understood that when i went to a clinic of bela fleck, and start hearing like sedi donka (bulgarian folk music) then pat metheny, i went deeper on my research and discovered in my country MEX old composers like julian carrillo (microtonalism/sonido 13) or adopted conlow nancarrow (usa borned), and start looking for more, obviously meshuggah...

  • @erikimba

im not stupid. it's a funny, but long story. when i first got into meshuggah i wasn't aware of polyrythms or polymeters. i thought they just played in insane time signatures (which they do do.) i spent a full hour working on a riff dragging it out as long as i can and making it as tricky as i can. it turned out to be in 79/8. i forgot it though, it was just way too hard to keep in my head.

  • @Fluffypopcicle lol, i agree. what do you think of 37/19 sounds cool too isn´t?

  • 79/8 IS THE BEST!!!

  • Your playing reminds me a lot of Gavin Harrison
