In this episode of Boy and Kris, Docs Willie and Liza Ong explain the "Bangunot Syndrome" or Acute Pancreatitis. This was believed to be the sickness of young Filipino actor Marky Cielo.
Tips to Avoid Acute Pancreatitis:
1. Walk after eating at night.
2. Eat 6 small meals a day.
3. Don't eat a lot at night.
4. Limit alcohol intake.
5. Eat first before drinking alcohol.
Stay healthy and well.

    Yes, maybe you're right. Asian males are the only ones who develop "Bangungot Syndrome." There may be a genetic involvement too.
