The issue of states crafting their own solutions at 1:05 is not analogous between ObamaCare and the Massachusetts health care law. ObamaCare allows a state to craft its own approach only if it conforms to ObamaCare's requirements. The MA law has no legal effect whatsoever on other states. It does not compel other states to change their healthcare policies whatsoever.
It is an issue of state control vs federal control. ObamaCare is federal control. The MA law is state control.
