@fixyourfacenow The Barra only live in the North, where there is no carp. Carp are very destructive to our native species, and there is nothing in our waterway that would eat them. As a matter of fact we have so many carp that its impossible for humans to fish them out, let alone net them. The Australian fisheries law clearly states you are NOT allowed to put a carp back into the water once you catch it.. If you came to Australia and saw how many carp we have, and damage they do..youd understand

why is it then that you aussies kill carp? i know they are an invasive species but what threat the the ecosystem do they cause? surely the baramundi find them a nice chunky snack? Catfish do over here in europe...Wish the carp here where more predatory, be good fun.

And by poms do you mean us Brits?
