  • I would use a coat hanger and attach it to the end of the wire, then use the hanger like a fish tape and pull the wire through the wall..

  • next time how to fix a water pipe with a hole through it.

  • In California and all states, and according to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), that is only legal for Class 2 wiring. Class 2 would be wiring for signals with voltages at or below 48 volts. i.e.: phone, cable TV, sat TV, antenna wires, ethernet, door bell, garage door opener switches, and the like. But any such hole thru a wall, is against building codes for any purpose.
