race not class - if u have a 70 (no i believe it is 55) toon - you will be able to make a DK on any realm. any race: Undead, Tauren, Blood/Night Elve, Gnome, dwarf,human,troll, orc and the blue hooved race thingy dudes that no one likes

Nobody liked Raise Ally in the raids I've been in.

aslong as u have a char atleast lvl 55 when u go into charicter creaton where the classes are thell be a axe wth a skull on it and thats the death knight

No, you don't. As long as you have a level 70 character, you can create a Death Knight.
