You should avoid chasing hands. Strike the centre at the same time as blocking, one hand blocks one hand attacks. If you are doing chi sao and cannot attack the centreline because they keep blocking your attack, then you have to re-evaluate your techniques......

There's is elbows movements in WC, but it's not for striking though. It's only used to escape if you're 2nd gate is getting pinned.

@xxdjcharlierockxx Charlie...look how he applies the elbow clips in this drill. Typical wing chun doesn't use elbows in this manner. Also many systems of FMA were developed far earlier than WC.
