In my experience, Am Staffs have to be "taught" (tortured) to be vicious towards humans. Their instinct is to love all humans. Very affectionate dogs.

them ears are hard to cut like that. better to leave them alone and natural then to put them through the pain of ear clipping and constant pulling when they are puppys. I hated assisting in cutting the ears.

@Texaswolf88 i had a surgery yes , i already cut my staffs ears (the vet cut them) and she had no problem , she didnt cry or anything...

@vladvlad24 So cutting ears and pulling them very hard to stretch out the scabbing incision to prevent crinkling while healing doesn't hurt to you? Ever had a surgery before? Ever had the incision stretch afterwards? Yeah.... it hurts. Cutting ears is for aesthetics only and yeah it is very painful for dogs no matter who cuts the ears be it vet or back alley dog fighters.

@magicosss it's instinct isnt fighting you fucking retard. I've bred and had AmStaffs my entire life, they are loyal to the owners needs. Just like any other dog theyll have anxiety around other pets if you don't introduce them regularly. Learn to raise a dog dipshit
