We are travelling to Barcelona. They speak Catalan. So I listened to a few key words/phrases as spoken at travlang.com. This clip contains that list and my truespel renderings of what I heard in Catalan language. Then I read back those phonetics. Note ~q is the "flapped r", very common in romance languages.
See truespel phonetics tutorials at justpaste.it/ayk, and phonetic converters for

Nice try, as catalan native I appreciate your effort, though some words or sentences are hardly understandable or not at all.
Why don't start right from the actual catalan writing and just try to pronounce vowels the latin way?. Unlike English, written CataIan is relatively near to the spoken language. If you do so you will sound like western Catalan accent, but you certainly will get understood far better.
