I had been excited about this show ever since I first heard they were doing it at all. I've loved the book and the show itself was fantastic and lovely. I think I spent most of it trying to hug my screen.
I did want them to go to Rodriguez, though, since the chapter with Carl Jones, Richard Lewis and his driving pizaz was one of my favourites. Pity they didn't, but it hardly marred my enjoyment.

i read the original last chance to see with douglas adams and i've read all douglas adams books. wish they would get this series over here!!

Those animals were on the verge of extinction 20 years ago, that they're still on the verge of extinction today is a testament to survival and humanities ability to ignore unseen suffering.
