@unwittyname1886 The b303 cam is doing nothing for you in a stock motor. To get anything out of it you need better heads/intake. The cam is not the choke point of the 5.0 its the heads. The stock cam isn't a bad cam.

to those who think the b cam is junk. it isnt junk, it might not perform as well as others but power will increase. ive got the cam and the motor runs strong with stock heads. granted ive got them ported and milled. ive also advanced the cam put 1.7 rockers on it, edlebrock intake, and headers. but dont think that power cant be obtained with this cam

....so this B303 cam with the stock heads gave your MORE power???....if it did, enough to tell a BIG difference?....a difference like stock headers to longtube headers big of a difference?

Thanks guys. He is probably is a rice lover! The only import and 4 cylinder that sounds good in my opinion is a subaru boxer motor. Unwittyname1886 was my old account and someone hacked it and used my account to spam; thus, it got deleted. I choose the B303 specifically for sound and nothing else. However, the guy that bought it from me put nitrous on it and did some other bolt on mods. He now states that he has taken it to the track, and it runs in the low 12s with some good back wheels.

It made a slight-moderate difference. I could for sure notice the power band change though. It is a small power band. If u want more power at high rpms do not get a b303. B303 is mostly for sound and lower end power/torque. If u ever plan on supercharging it or a turbo do not get a B303. If ur looking for big power gains do not get a B303. B303 is mostly for hard choppy sound.
