Six scholars discuss whether the election of Barack Obama signals a new chapter in American politics and the major legal and policy challenges the new administration will face. Participating are:

Michael A. Fitts, dean of Penn Law and the Bernard G. Segal Professor of Law.
Kathleen Hall Jamieson, former dean and the Elizabeth Ware Packard Professor of Communication in the Annenberg School and director of the Annenberg Public Policy Center.
Charles W. Mooney, associate dean of Penn Law and the Charles A. Heimbold Professor of Law
Wendell Pritchett, professor of law and former chair of metropolitan and urban policy for the Obama campaign.
Seth Kreimer, the Kenneth W. Gemmill Professor of Law.
Tobias Barrington Wolff, professor of law and adviser to the Obama campaign on lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender issues.
