Rep. Xavier Becerra challenges Republican Rep. Paul Ryan's statement that he doesn't trust the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimate that the health reform bills will reduce the deficit. Becerra: "Now, we can all agree to disagree...but if there is no referee on the field, we can never agree how the game should be played. So I think we have to decide do we believe in the Congressional Budget Office or not? Paul, you and I have sat on the Budget Committee for years together and on any number of occasions in those years you have cited the Congressional Budget Office to make your point, referred to their projections to make your points, and today you essentially said you can't trust the Congressional Budget Office."

Bull shit, the "doc fix" which was to cut 25% what medicare pays to doctors to help pay for "obama care" was used by the "cbo" before the white house took it off the table to help the bill pass the congress this and other elements in the bill will increase the national debt by trillions jn the coming years. It does say that the deficit will be reduced by $143B from 2010-2019 and by $1.2T by the end of the next decade. I was denied financial aid at the hospital,even though I qualify.So I continue to go to the emergency room and rack up more bills I can't ever possibly pay.The doctors only treat me about halfway so I always end up going back only raising the bill higher than ever.How does this help if people are incapable of doing their jobs to begin with?
