We bought this 1989 K5 Blazer with the intent of fixing it up for the street. But a title snafu, and the previous owner not willing to help straighten it out, left us with this....a truck we couldn't do anything with. So we decided to start making it into a mud racer. We stripped it, and gave it a quick rattle can paint job, and took it to the Erie Mudmushers track to try it out. We took 2nd place with it....not bad for first run out. Well now we find that we are not going to be able to finish the project right now, so here it is for sale. It has a great running TBI 350 engine and a 700R4 automatic trans. The transfer case and rear ends are all solid. Could stand some new universals, but all in all the entire drive train is great. The body is rough. We still have the fiberglass top for it. This Blazer could be a great resto project, or finish building a racer, or be a great parts vehicle. Be aware that there is NO TITLE. Sale would be by bill of sale only.
