@lolMARI1 They crowd that many around the perp so the cameras can't pick up their abuse. Notice how the camerman says the guy was fighting them when there were 30 cops all over him. Of course he was fighting them, and they were just protecting themselves. Don't get me wrong, the idiot deserved it, but I just think that cops should be held accountable for the same laws we are. But we all know that's not the reality here in the US. There are so many that mistreat people it gives em all a bad name.
