I love Malta, Valleta in particular, but I don,t care for the Maltese, they are an insular people and care nothing for tourists but the money they bring. Don,t drink the local wines, they are lousy,..and I never saw a single bird all the time I was there!

@hrubylesnov Don't get me wrong, but the Maltese people don't shoot millions of birds. The reports you have mentioned are false and give false impressions. Yes, I agree there is a small percentage of hunters who shoot birds and due to their 'air' threaten people who 'trepass' grounds where the hunting is taking place. As everywhere in the world, hunters exist in Malta and practice hunting as a form of a traditional hobby but I assure you they don't kill millions of birds.

I´m reading very strange reports about Malta. People there seem to kill birds by the millions, just for the fun of it. Now is that sick or what. Something must be seriously wrong with those people.
