Is it just me, or did he first say that "Healthy Life Expectancy" scores contain as one of their independent variables the amount of money one spends on healthcare; and then he turned around and said that when you plot the amount of money spent on healthcare in different countries versus the HLE score in those country, they are inversely proportional... isn't that saying the same thing two different ways?

to get onboard with this diet or lifesystem, whatever, just buy his book: Eat to Live. It's all in there. the DVD's aren't necessary, and what's on you tube is plenty to provide lots of background in addition. But without the book you miss a lot. Get the book! :) I have enjoyed working with it very much.

I know everyone needs to make a living but I wish the dvd was a bit cheaper :(
I'm a (very) poor student so $90 is a bit much for me. But all these talks are so interesting, and just when you are getting into the talk the clip ends.
Great work spreading the message though!

@Lokeydin All well & good, as long as the person taking supplements does not make the cardinal mistake: Not taking responsiblitiy for eatin well, which is the case with most people. They may mean well but fall victim to laziness, assumng that they are "healthy" for taking their pills. They do not put the effort in to CHANGE and manage their food, and as a consequence. suffer cold, flus, fatigue, body odor, gas, poor performance, etc etc (But they "take" their supplements). Health conscious only.

@RawFitChris Oh hey that's good to hear, you're on the right path far ahead of most
The processed vitamins can hurt or there useless, but the .1% of the really good vitamins are derived from food, there whole food supplements but only one from my research actually has everything you need, if you go and get your nutritional levels tested, that will really tell you everything you know, i always say, if it adds up it works!
Its just about getting everything you need from quality sources :)
Cancer is an extremely lucrative multi-billion dollar industry. Which is why the medical establishment is NOT looking to cure the disease, but rather to find new and different ways to make money off of it.

@youngdones Damn straight... The pharmaceutical industry is the largest and most profitable industry in this country.... It just completely disgusts me and brings me to TEARS to see such a huge huge destructive epidemic of sickness, and a huge company like this essentially making it worse while stuffing their pocket with pieces of paper.... Makes no sense. To ever think that a drug, artificial chemicals, could make a human healthy??? Absolutely sickening.
