Hi Everyone,
This is one of my all time favorite smoothies. I love love love this smoothie..It's sweet, yummy and full of GOOD THINGS for your body.
Now, I promise you that the ingredients in this smoothie will still be a good smoothie.
Here are the ingredients
4-5 Large strawberries (frozen or fresh)
Half of a RIPE banana
1 cup of frozen ice
1 cup of baby spinach stems and all (YES spinach)
1/4 cup of water I don't use milk because I don't want the extra calories ---even if it is Skim milk so use water
OPTIONAL 1TBS of Flax seeds
Blend together and enjoy...
Your smoothie will turn green--NO WORRIES...It's great and yummy
In my video I added a sugar in the raw packet. This is optional....

Also try Boca Burgers..They are yummy...
I always eat my boca burger on a English Muffin low fat muffin...Filling meal with not a lot of calories..ENJOY!!!
