During the last semester at the BTK, a group of three of my students - Christine Briese, Ulrike Engel, Ginger Fiebig - did their very first stereoscopic 3D stop-motion film as a free experimental project. Although they already had some good experiences with 2D stop-motion, the third dimension added a really new challenge to the whole project. Watch the movie by yourself in 3D at Youtube to get an impression of their imaginative story telling and of that lovely detailed set (unfortunately, the sound track is still missing here).
By the way, the left and right photographs were taken with a Fuji Finepix Real 3D W1 camera which generously had been lend to us for six weeks by Fuji Germany.
