Trust me when i say ive signed every fucking petition i could find to make sure this does not pass. Now, so far so good. But because Hollywood is paying our senators and congressmen to push it through, it will be on the floor again, guaranteed. They dont want their movies to be pirated on the internet anymore. So this is their solution. Unfortunately, they dont realize that instead of figuring out how to make money of the net like google and YT, they want to hinder themselves & everyone else
