0:00-0:20 pretty self-explanatory, clips supposed to match sound effects
0:20-0:34 explosions to match fast, exciting music
0:34-0:39 Sonic vs. Eggman; notice the time the Eggman clips match the three notes, and then the Sonic clips match the three notes; clips with both of them are in between
0:39-40 "thunder" metal sonic's lightening
0:40-41 "rain and lightening" stormy looking...
0:42 "danger" sonic falling to near death in sa2
0:43-0:44 "water rising" water... involving chaos
0:44-0:51 Shadow briefly appears
0:51-0:54 "Shadows, dark creatures" Shadow (witty pun :P) and the other Shadow (ShadowSSSS) and then the evil alien and prototype for dark creatures
0:54-55 "steel cloud" Eggman machines
0:57-1:00 "people run the shelter" some people from the Sonic games
1:01-03 "what's gonna happen to us" One of the people shown a second ago on the ground, as well as Shadow looking distressed at a crucial moment (Maria taking him off the Arc) and a man with a gun from around the same scene as Shadow's
1:03-05 "all the steps we take" knuckles be shown at two different points, the only difference is the background... shown in reverse actually
1:05 "all the moves we make" quick clip of Knuckles saving Rouge to finish the mini knuckles tribute
1:06-09 "all the pain at stake" Blaze sacrificing herself; Silver shielding from the fire and going through his broken city
1:10-1:11 "I can see the chaos..." Perfect Chaos and Metal Sonic after going insane
1:11-12 "for everyone" crowd

1:21-24 "Yours [your heart] is filled with evil and mines not" Chaos has an evil heart, Tikal doesn't, white flash makes for a nice transition
1:24-1:29 "There is no way I can lose" Sonic escaping an explosion, notice the camera moves as lose is being drawn out, and it transitions a moment after turning to Sonic
1:29-1:53 *Chorus* some classic Sonic, doesn't have anything to do with lyrics, Sonic is always moving in same direction
1:53-56 "OPEN YOUR HEART, IT'S GONNA BE ALLRIGHT" Sonic goes into 3d to end the Chorus, notice he's saving someone to match the line "it's gonna be alright"
1:57-2:02 clips, fast pace and intense looking to match music
2:03-06 "Ancient cities blazing" Tikal's city on fire and Silver's city (technically not ancient) on fire
2:06-09 "Shadows keep attacking" one of the enemies from Shadow the Hedgehog attacking, and then what seems to be Shadow being attacked (even though he isn't) and then Mephilus (the Shadow-like character who attacks Shadow)
2:09-10 "Little children crying" eyes of girl who can't cry, and Maria in distress
2:11- needed something here
2:12-14 "confusion, hopeless anger" two final bosses, and Tails looking angry
2:14-2:15 filler clip of Blaze, no reason, but it looks pretty cool and keeps the fast pace
2:15-20 miny Amy tribute, since the music almost sounds romantic, and I had to add in Amy somewhere since she's one of the most famous characters
2:20 Tails as filler, has a purpose, since the next clips are somewhat Tails vs Eggman
2:20-22 "all your cunning tricks" Eggman (he has cunning tricks)
2:22 "Make me sick" Tails sad after Eggman killed (or so he thought) Sonic
2:22-28 "You won't have it your own way" Tails transforming Tornado to fight Eggman in SA2, Tails fighting Eggman as last boss in SA and a few random Tails clips (this is like the Tails miny tribute)
