That is so thoughtful of Oswald. When Ortensia's skirt went down, he looked away as she fixed her skirt. Then after the second time it fell, he pinned it to her undies to keep it from falling again. Gotta love that rabbit!

It was very considerate of Oswald @ 3:05 of pinning Ortensia's underwear to her dress with a giant safety pin to prevent them from falling again. Ortensia doesn't want to be embarrassed in public.

@Retributor16 I don't think either pepper spray or tazer have been invented yet in those times. Some women rather learn martial arts like karate, judo and kung fu than use a weapon, a tazer or a can of pepper spray. But martial arts of any kind wasn't really well known in those times either.
