@FantasyJam Oh, I see then. Yeah, Pentium 4 is pretty decent even on some of today's games. It is slightly annoying that the engine runs slowly on it, but remember that the first version has not even been released yet and this is still it beta stages, I am sure that things will be running smoother and more efficently in later releases.
@IPb0mber My old computer was a Pentium 4 2.4Ghz with hyperthreading, it had a decent graphics card and played Portal extremely well. My current computer is a Core2Duo 1.8Ghz with nVidia instead of ATI, so maybe it'll work better for these games, but if I make games, I want people on a Pentium 4 to be able to play them smoothly.
@FantasyJam The demo games were not supposed to be fun, they were showing the landscaping and AI of the engine. And if it was slow for you then you must be using an old 386. This is incredibly fast, that's why we licensed it for our project.
I tried Visual3D(.NET), but it was super slow and none of the demo games were good. Seriously, it's nowhere near as fun as Game Maker or RPG Maker or even Unity. Unity's free now by the way. :P
