  • that is awesome! and the speed was good enough to say you could had squeezed a rep more or mabe even 2.

  • @tlast2O12dude Thanks! I think so too but I am trying to not push too hard when I'm just now finally getting back to deadlifting heavy.

  • gutsy lifting!

    What happened to your ribs?

  • @nospammax A lot of people will deadlift barefoot since they may not have lifting shoes. Lifting in running shoes or the like is not ideal since the force required for lifting heavy will compress the soles, thus making the lifting unstable in a sense.

  • @SaanSaturday A good tip, when you lower the weight essentially drop it, it isn't meant to take any energy, should be a controlled drop, when you lower it slowly you really load up your lower back taking away energy from the next rep.

  • why do i see girls deadlift barefoot

  • whats that called ? 2:50

  • She's got such a nice frame. Good form, although I felt you take a little long to set up between sets, but that's probably due to your rib injury. I like that you are doing the conventional (and best) version rather than the noticeably easier sumo. Notice how she thrusts her hips into the bar when she reaches the top, engaging her glutes? Learn, guys.

  • When you gonna be back to lifting 300lb?

  • @SaanSaturday yeah i was not saying you should, just remarking the potential there, which is a good sign of strength. Obviously lifting at %100 all the time is not always possible.

    Also, hook grip rules!
