the first step to ai is making alife. alife simulates evolution.

if we get the ai to evolve in the direction we desire, then we have no fear of creating ai that we cannot control.

make ai emotional - make it feel pain and pleasure when humans feel it. simply prevent it from having the capacity to violate this rule, a genuine "moral code", by both deleting random changes that violate the moral code and replicate those that uphold it and that are intelligent.

love is it's primary nourishment.

It takes super intelligence to create intelligence. That is why we haven't reached singularity. Moore's law (at least when it comes to silicon) has begun to loose its level of validity aswell. Electric current takes a nano-second to travel an inch through its current silicon medium.
