They do realize that it actually pronounces the name of their product incorrectly?

As someone else said a few comments ago- the voice is so bad you cannot concentrate on the content.

I'm bailing- they clearly don't want our business that much anyway.

Reading from a script for under 10 minutes would be too much like hard work for someone apparently. LOL
