  • 10 pushups might be too easy for some people but doing them extremely fast makes it harder and gives you more power in addition to strength.

  • These pushup routines have really helped my overall upper body strength. I feel more stable on the ice and are able to take hits with minimal damage.

  • Can you make more of these work out type videos for other part of your body? maybe some plyometrics work outs?
