Hey! I Just Found UI-MP GTA UNITED MULTIPLAYEr!!!!!!!!!!
We are also Working on a gamemode too
Anyways For more info gtasrv.ru its enlgish too... And there is About 7 of 24-7 servers online

Im the owner of the first English GTA United Roleplay server..My script needs about a week more but is very functional. I also have 150 pedestrians that are interactive and can be killed just like in single player. My servers IP and PORT ec.ddns.net:1
We do a lot of scripting and we plan to bring features from the new SA:MP over to united. We also have the source code for UMP so we will probably be releasing a new version pretty soon!
