http://historicalapologetics.org/ An undesigned coincidence occurs when one account of an event leaves out a bit of information that doesn't affect the overall picture, but a different account indirectly supplies the missing detail, usually answering some natural question raised by the first. Forgers do not want to leave loose ends like this that might raise awkward questions; they take care to tie everything together neatly. But these are just the sort of things we would expect to find in authentic and at least partly independent records of the same real event told by different people. This video examines several of these undesigned coincidences in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke & John.

@Peace4everynation "The divergent gospels cannot be the pure word of God." When you say this, you are assuming to know what God would & would not do to unfold His plan upon the world. I don't mean to be confrontational. There are very few things we can assume about God and most of those things should only be assumed only on what we have viewed of Him. As in: we know He only chooses specific people to "speak to directly" etc.

You have presented a very strong case proving the fact that the gospels are all HUMAN accounts of events surrounding the life of Jesus and his disciples. God, on the other hand, is free from the blemish of inspiring the same story with conflicting details. God is all-knowing, and His Word cannot present conflicting accounts of any event. Thus, the gospels are from human minds, made by people, each one telling the story in his own way. The divergent gospels cannot be the pure word of God.
