Good for you woman, way to put our tax dollars to good use, you are obviously proud of it. If you bought on the property not knowing it was an existing BC hydro right of way, id suggest you do some better research next time you purchase anything of real value. Buyer beware moron!

So true, we did buy on the ROW but we were told it was outdated and going to be moved eventually, but they didn't have the rights to upgrade to HIGH voltage in our backyard, so our gov. offered the buyout program. We moved before the lines were activated and BEFORE the buy out offer. So..
