  • This is wonderful and the mixed income factor will bring in more family oriented people who are not afraid to contact the police if something goes wrong. I am proud of this, we need drugs and crime off the american streets.

  • look at the design, the removed the "fields" and "porches" so no ones out sitting smokin blunts

    they have windows ans street lights EVERYWHERE so u can get snitched on easily

    much easier for cops to navigate though

    its much harder to steal a car with these parking lots

    a centered park that plenty of homes can see and snitch if they see anything suspicious

    mixed income homes bring in snitches, when everyone is poor, they keep their mouths shut so their own ships dont get sunk

    plenty more too

  • I hope more time and effort was put into the buildings than this video. The houses look nice but cheaply constructed. The city will come to regret tearing down the old brick buildings in twenty years.
