Mårten Mickos is one of the most successful Finnish entrepeneurs. He is the founder of MySQL, which was later sold to Sun Microsystems. Currently he is the CEO of Eucalyptus Systems. Mickos explains how our brain often hinders us in seeing possibilities and how as an individual and a leader has learned to combat it.
