My upstairs neighbor is handicapped and overweight. He makes noise every waking moment and I am a veteran with PTSD. I have reported him to management and even called apartment security and NOTHING. Talking to him does nothing. He is an inconsiderate ASSHOLE. I don't care if he is deemed "SLOW". I pay rent just like everyone else here. There is even a noise clause in out Apartment Lease and I brought this up in a formal and polite letter and nothing has been done.

I have neighbors right next door who have been doing non stop construction since about 2006. Yup it sucks not being able to read or watch tv comfortably from 7am to 7pm every day for like 5 years straight. They work on Saturdays and Sundays all the time too. Worst part is you cant make noise complaints about construction during normal business hours. oh ya, and I work from home...FML.
