You can tell its "on the fly", but it's really good. Takes a bit to get going. At 2:37 it totally comes together and sounds dope. I like how the guy is putting Kaoss pad effects on everyone else. The 1/2 time at 4:46 really makes it unreal. Best video I have seen of Mandala in a real application. Most vids are some guy noodling around and I never could see what it could really be used for. As for the "zendrum", I wish I could see it better. Post up some vids with good clean A/V.

you can buy them online somewhere, they have random lights in them and a little microphone down the side that picks up sound and flashes the lights. popular among young asian kids in high school that are trying to be cool

Come to CA! I got to see this. Do you have a kick trigger too? It is dark and I cant tell if you are doing the kick work with your feet. Sick fast D&B playing. Would love to see Tom Jenkinson sit in on this.

Yes. A KD-8 is wired to the SPD-S for bassdrum action.
