Really, because I have lived in Matewan for 20 years and I don't know of anyone dying on the street. They haven't. We have had people die on ATVs, but they were not on the road.

I live 20 minutes away from Matewan. I go there from time to time. Seen a lot of ATV riding legally on there. I haven't rode my rubicon down there yet but soon will, hopefully.

The town of Matewan is very ATV friendly. We were riding the Hatfield McCoy trail system and stopped in Matewan for lunch and fuel.
