hepatitis B or polio. It is as simple as that.

Yes and no. Yes it's caused by an extra chromosome 21 in the cells, but that arises thru an error in replication. So it's more of a mechanical error in the cells.

i can't imagine why anyone WOULD NOT vaccinate their babies. Especially in Europe with Socialized Medicine and all.

First off, there's no more mercury in the vaccines given. Second, there is no credible evidence to support that vaccinations create illness in children. This has been thoroughly investigated, and some connection would have been noted if there were any truth to the rampant, anti-vaccine rumors... which happen to be spread, typically, by non-experts with no medical or health background.
