"Outlaw guns and only outlaws will have guns.", What an ignorant statement, there is no way of knowing if that would be true or not, so why postulate it as being the only alternative to removing guns from society. But then, maybe you are right the former gun owners will become the outlaws who will break the law and try to steal their guns back, they'll figure out a way to get around the laws.The only way it will work is if they crack down on the sellers of these illegal guns.
