1984 K5 Blazer

I bought this Blazer for $900 basically as you see it ( I added seat covers and a skull shift knob). The good is that it only has 101k on it, it is inspected and runs like a top, plus the 4" lift and 33's. It also has a 3" cat and Edlebrock cat-back duals. The not so good is the mostly stock 305, the rust in the rockers, 1 broken lug, and mismatched gears in the axles. But hell, for $900, what can you expect? I'll have it on 35's soon, possibly a 350 swap and 4.10 gears with a locker in the rear. Look for more videos soon.

Was the 305 the original engine or did it replace it?

Does it feel underpowered?

@KylesFavoriteJams Not really, the 700r4's have a pretty low 1st gear and i had the gears switched from stock 3.42 to 3.73:1. Now I certainly wouldn't call it a fast truck, about 80-85 mph tops with the lower gear set. But I never had any trouble getting around in it.

@PearlDrummer181 Truck had stock manifolds and y-pipe, 3" cat into Flowmaster 3" single-in, 2.5" dual out 40-series muffler, 2.5" pipes out the back. Did sound pretty meaty for a stock 305!

ya man make sure u definately ditch that 305 350 makes a night and day difference
