  • @knifegill Your forgetting that that while cholesterol is used in cell membranes (kind of fixing damage although its more about structural proteins) the damage comes from the transport lipoproteins that carry cholesterol in the blood. The two main types are LDLs (bad cholesterol) and HDLs (good cholesterol). Swelling of the arteries (atheromas) are a result of LDLs entering the artery wall and then being absorbed be macrophages. So thumbs down it is :)

  • @knifegill Because our bodies are designed to eat real, natural plants and animals, not flour and sugar and fake seed oils from GMO mutant crops. I've lost 45 pounds eating lard, meat and vegetables. Cereal causes heart disease through inflammation, pasteurized milk is very toxic, almost anything in a box or can is devoid of nutrition and loaded with trans-fats and worse. If you want to be a real human with real health, you need to eat what real, healthy humans are eating.

  • @LeafyDavid Look into it yourself. You've been lied to your whole life. Exercise will not make you thin all by itself, eating fat does not make you fat, and eating animals is what our bodies are designed to do. Remember, back in 1800, when everybody cooked in lard and ate the whole animal? Why do you think there was no heart disease back then?

  • @knifegill I want to thumbs up this because its really funny but I have to first check, you are joking right?

  • hahaha looks like homer wwent a little crazzi on the krusty buger lmfao

  • Remember, saturated fat from healthy animals is a healthy source of energy. Polyunsaturated fats, especially omega-6 as found in soybean oil are responsible for the inflammation that damages arteries. Cholesterol just fixes the wound. The higher your cholesterol, the longer you live. Too much exercise is also a very bad thing.

  • Eat raw cacao and coconut oil yo

  • thanks :D i have a presentation of this tomorrow XD you save my life XD

  • Yummy! Aterosclereosous. I know I spelled that wrong.
