www.visionfitnessofpa.com Still trying to mess around with this grip strength feat. I added (2) 5 pound plates to the top of the 35 pound plate = 45 pounds. Not the greeatest lift, and I didn't do it w/ my left hand, but it's a start!!! Check more out at www.visionfitnessofpa.com
