@Mallen14298 It's actually whats known as a dishonest question. That is a question you ask someone that you know the answer to and know they are going to lie about it. Kinda like asking a drunk if they have been drinking when you know they have but you know they are going to lie about it. It is a way of adding inflection to the nature of the topic being discussed and the answer was NO, so when he started dancing around it and wouldn't go on record saying NO, he stopped the dance.

What's unsettling is that Eric Holder is the embodiment of what Obama himself actually believes. Obama, however, has to play politics and pretend to be a centrist. And that's true of many Presidents; the members of their Cabinets, especially their Attorneys General, are the best indicators of a President's true positions.
