Glasgow Buses 1987 ( with original sound )

A short video of Buses in Glasgow in 1987, companies include Strathclyde, Clydeside and Stagecoach. This replaces the version I had previously uploaded. I was delighted when I found a copy I had previously made with reasonable quality original sound, which is better than the music I had used which was a poor substitute for the original sound.

Ailsa's were nice to drive and sliding door was great for hot weather although i think i'm half deaf in one ear from sitting next to engine

i drove those magicbus's in 1988 and lasted all but one day before going to work for strathclyde buses at possil garage, fuck me what a company magicbus were work for. think i started at 08am and finished at 10pm if i remember correctly and i think they operated at that time from a depot at cheapside street and they had a portacabin in st enoch square as well if i'm not mistaken?

excellant! this takes me back to my time as a driver in possilpark 1988-95 a cunt of a job but great guy's to work with. i hated the 1300's or automatic la's as the gearchange on them was fucking horrific by the time you had done 4 1/2 hours on the 48 you had serious whiplash lmfao
